Sefar
EIGHTY (80) EUROS, PER DAY, PER PERSON, FOR A SIX - SEVEN DAY TRIP
Sefar showcases hundreds, perhaps thousands, of well-preserved cave paintings, petroglyphs and incredible rock formations that reveal the rich cultural history of this part of the Sahara Desert.
The trip to Sefar is a strenuous trek and recommended only for those who are able to walk its many steep hills and valleys.
The journey to Sefar can take up to four hours (one way) by foot but we do provide donkeys to help out on this trek to carry supplies - and occasionally people for short periods of time. Make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen and a good pair of walking / hiking shoes with you.
Come with us at Aboogi Tours to explore the "Louvre of the Sahara" and immerse yourself in the many natural wonders of ancient Sefar. Our journey is a bargain for the adventurous - contact us soon!
